Tender, slow smoked meats. Pulled pork Sammy’s with heaping of slow smoked pork and a creamy slaw topping with a hint of horseradish that adds a cool contrast. Baby Back Ribs, my favorite, smoked to a tenderness that requires just a gentle bite to release the meat from the bone. Sugar maple or Apple smoked spicy chicken wings, these are big ones too! Add some Devil’s Dew if you really want some heat!
